PineRidge Arts Council’s ad rates and deadlines for ArtScene

ArtScene Flyer Insertion Rates

If you choose to include a paid ad in ArtScene - the flyer fees will reflect that.

The Flyers you submit for distribution will reach around 400 readers.
An ad on the other hand will reach 2700 readers.

If you would like to have your flyers or brochures (400 no bigger than 5" x 8.5" when folded and no more than 5 gms) mailed with ArtScene, these are our fees:

Prices for flyer insertion are:
No ad – Flyer fee is $40
5 x 3 ad (12.7 x 7.6 cm ) – Flyer fee is $20
Larger ads – Flyer fee is free

Overweight flyers (30g or more) are subject to extra postage
and will be priced accordingly.

Larger and heavier inserts will cost $30 and up.

PRAC would like to establish the SilverStone Gallery as the "go-to-place" to pick up artsy event notices. When you send in your 400 flyers, please add an extra 25 to 50 for the gallery and we will be pleased to help you promote your event.
